A U.S. Navy veteran and former Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Gary Van Ert has built a career on precision, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. During his six years of military service, Gary honed his expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and operations—skills that have been instrumental in helping businesses grow and thrive.

After his military career, Gary earned an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He went on to lead divisions of mid-sized manufacturing companies and served as an operations and logistics executive at MAHLE, a global manufacturing leader. With experience across industries and roles, Gary excels at identifying opportunities, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable growth.

 

Gary is also the founder of Camden’s Cause, a nonprofit organization that supports families who have experienced infant loss—a testament to his deep compassion and commitment to community.
